Fleur Wish List

Working in retail can be dangerous sometimes. All day I imagine myself in my favorite pieces and how I could mix and match them.

Here are just a few of the items that have been catching my eye.

see by chloe sequin sweater- $325 kanupriya earrings - $154 anlo zipper black jean - $187 paul and joe sister crochet sweater - $220 santi sequin handbag - $165 french curve lace tights - $30 yoana baraschi faux fur jacket - $438 goddis cowl neck sweater dress - $195 kanupriya gold ring - $120 sprig by nest holiday candle - $19

And I have decided, since I probably will not be receiving all of these pieces for Christmas, maybe I should share the love.
The Kanupriya jewels will make the perfect gift for sisters, santi clutch for mom and the leggings and candles will fill up their stockings...
...this way I get to borrow my favorite things!
'tis the season ;)

New Autumn Palette

New arrivals keep coming at Fleur and last weeks boasted a fresh fall palette.
I took a minute to think about what is inspiring the designers.
Dragon fruit, grey skies influence the flirty ruffles of Hunter Dixon's tops.
And bright pomegranates and robin's egg blues keep Paul and Joe Sister pieces exciting and cheery.

I can't wait to see what comes in next!

Could it be... Fall is here?

In NC it has been a little less cool and crisp and a lot more humid and muggy.
Although the leaves have changed and the Halloween decor is in full effect, everyone is walking around in sleeveless shirts and sandals.
BUT, the 80 degree temps dropped into the 50's last night and at last, it feels like fall!
and just in time....
At Fleur our cool weather duds are flocking in and we have just been blessed with more Paul and Joe Sister!
A timeless Peacoat and a warm Bright Jacket

and my favorite Chunky Knit Fair-Isle Sweater that perfectly compliments the sweet Bambi Dress!

trick or treat

What you going to wear to get into the Halloween spirit?
Here are a few inspiring runway looks that will help get your creative juices flowing...from daytime duds to dramatic "trick-or-treat" looks.
courtesy of style.com and vogue.com
Spend the night as a rocker, inspired by Jean Paul Gaultier...
a little David Bowie-esque.
And rock Sport Max's rocker chic look during the day.
Or go the sweet route with Paul & Joe's candy inspired mod look for the day
And carry on into the night as a Disco Queen with Marc Jacob's inspired prints and runway hair.
Whatever you choose, you can't go wrong!
just don't spend the night as "yourself".
